Precious Comrades,

Isn’t Sunday a time for deep inner reflection? (Or Monday if you’re one of our beloved Aussies! *Muah*). We think so! This morning while we were musing over our Republic Issued Freeze Dried Waffles and Reconstituted Bacon, the topic of “Self Love” came up, as it so often does here at the Collective.

You see, this may come as a surprise to some of you proles Comrades, but there is a distinct dearth of Masculine Comrades, except for Leslie and Pat who take care of all our general maintenance and plumbing, but they are of a semi-ambiguous gender presentation and abjectly refuse to participate in our daily Communal showers, preferring instead to take a bucket of cold water back to their rooms. Ahhhh, but we digress!

Kitties are important, wouldn’t you agree? And all Kitties deserve daily love and attention. We feel, Comrades, and when we say “We Feel” we mean we REALLY FEEL this is a Critical Component to daily life. We went so far today to whiteboard our own Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs, which we of course renamed The Comrades Hierarchy of Desires in honor of the Republic. And this is what we came up with.

Remember, Comrades! Le contact est une bénédiction à la République, la font ainsi souvent ! Which of course is French for “Just Do It!”

 Beloved Comrades -

Here at the Collective, we run a tight ship, timewise. On any given day, our schedule is a chaotic mix of figuring out what to wear which Party Approved Uniform to adorn ourselves with, Tithe Deposits, Marching Like We Have Big Sticks Up Our Butts Class (A Collective favorite!), making aesthetically pleasing signage (All materials are 27% recycled content!), Snacktime, Naptime Time for introspective Party thoughts and of course, General Mayhem. It’s no wonder that in the past we’ve been chronically a smidge late for everything a few events, but NO MORE! Now, thanks to the magic of the aforementioned and pictured Time Piece, The Collective is once again hitting all 8 Cylinders, just like our Pretty Pink Bus.

Now, if we could just get all the Comrades to actually USE their planners for more than desk ornaments, The Republic could truly thrive and grow. Please imagine a heavy, Collective sigh here.

Okay, Comrades. C’est la chose foutue de la mère la plus mignonne que nous avons vue dans un long temps!  Which is French for “This is the cutest Mo-Fo thing we’ve seen since Nixon was in office.

The Comrades and I were organizing our purses the other day, lamenting our inability to manage the vast amounts  pittance of Tithes we recieve from Proles Kitties Dedicated to the Republic. So, we loaded up the bus and ventured forth. Imagine if you will the sweet sound of 60 plus Comrades squealing with glee like 4 year olds when we found this snazzy little number!

And best of all? It matches this!

This particular item is geared towards Kitties of a certain age who experience, shall we say - An irritating internal wonkiness with their internal thermostats. We’re speaking of course about The Peri Menopause and The Full Blown Menopause. What better way to assist in the regulation of those pesky Hot Flashes that leave us flushed and flooded at random times of the day and night.

Les femmes ménopausiques sont sexy ! Which of course is French for “We Still Got It Going On!” regardless of our age, but that doesn’t mean we don’t need a little helper once in a while.
